What happens when Carbocisteine - Solmux- is taken.
Carbocisteine - Solmux is a mucolytic medicine, which breaks down some of the chemical bonds in mucus. It thins out the mucous and allows the patient to dispel the lung contents more easily. This medicine helps the patient to make the mucus less low and viscous, which is very useful to treat the chest problems such as bronchitis, asthma and cystic fibrosis. Other than working in these types diseases, it also works effectively for treating artificial airway opening in the neck, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Cystic fibrosis, Glue ear etc.

The way and dosage of treating varies according to the age and health of the patient. The doctor prescribes this medicine only after conducting certain researches and tests. This research helps the doctor to find the ability of patient to take the medicine and dosage provided to them. People above 70 years are not allowed to take this medicine.

This medicine is also restricted for the children below 10 years. This medicine is not allowed for the people who are taking other medicines like Furosemide, Prednisolone, Levofloxacin, Atrovent, Aminophylline Salbutamol, Tramadol, Salbutamol, nebulizer, Levofloxacin, Prednisolone, Salbutamol and Tramadol. If the patient takes the Carbocisteine - Solmux with these medicines, create so many problems and side effects. This adversely affects the good working of the health and body. The people who suffering from other diseases like sensitivity or allergy to any ingredient, Peptic ulcers etc are also not allowed for taking this medicine. The patients who are pregnant and trying to get pregnant are not allowed to take this medicine.
